About MediCate Plus

MediCate Plus offers a number of alternative healthcare services including chronic pain management, mental health, women's health, and sleep disorders. Our goal is to offer comprehensive care for all.

MediCate Plus offers alternative healthcare that may be helpful for different conditions such as chronic pain, sleep management, neurological issues, and women's health. With MediCate Plus you will get to talk to one of our friendly Ahpra-registered practitioners from the comfort of your home.

In order to get started with MediCate Plus you will first have to fill our prescreening eligibility questionnaire to assess if you are fit for alternative healthcare. If you pass the prescreening quiz, an initial consultation of $50 is to be booked.

Yes, all our practitioners are Ahpra-registered and work in accordance with Australian health standards.

No, referral is not needed to start your alternative healthcare journey with MediCate Plus.

Plans and Services

MediCate Plus deals with issues such as sleep disorders, chronic pain management, neurological issues, and women's health.

For women's health MediCate Plus deals with stress, menstrual health, and hormonal health.

MediCate Plus is here to help you with alternative healthcare solutions for low mood, mental fatigue, difficulty relaxing, feeling on edge, and a disinterest in daily activities.

At MediCate Plus we deal with sleep related issues that may include difficulty falling asleep, restless or light sleep, and frequent awakenings throughout the night.

With alternative healthcare MediCate Plus may help manage muscle tension, pain, joint stiffness, headaches, and back discomfort.

Pricing and Fee

An initial consultation at MediCate Plus costs $49.

In case of a follow up consultation you are required to pay $29.

No, you don’t need a Medicare card to access alternative healthcare with MediCate Plus.

We need at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any less than that and you may be charged. This supports better healthcare for all patients.

Shifting from another clinic to MediCate Plus would call for an initial consultation which would cost $50..

Consultation and Ongoing Care

Cancelling is easy. Simply click cancel in your original booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can manage your bookings through the patient portal as well.

Sure thing. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Initial consultations may be around 30 minutes long depending on your health concerns.

Follow up consultations at MediCate Plus are usually 10 to 15 minutes long.

If it is clinically appropriate, you will receive a personalised alternative healthcare care plan and can book follow-up appointments as needed.
