Our Services
Medicate Plus provides:
- Initial and follow-up consultations with qualified healthcare professionals
- Access to telehealth services for medical assessments and prescriptions
- Facilitation of prescription fulfilment through third-party pharmacies
Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our Healthcare Practitioners. Each patient is assessed individually to determine whether treatment is appropriate. This process is conducted in accordance with Australian laws and regulations, including obtaining any required approvals from relevant state or territory health authorities.
No Emergency Services
Our Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you require urgent medical attention, call emergency services on 000 or attend the nearest emergency department.
If our staff identify an immediate risk to your health or safety, they may contact emergency services at their discretion. Our Services are not a substitute for your regular general practitioner or primary healthcare provider, and you should continue routine care with your usual providers.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You reside in Australia and have a valid Australian residential address
- You are using the Services for yourself, unless you are legally authorised to act on behalf of another individual
- You provide informed consent to any proposed treatment, including understanding potential risks and benefits

Your Obligations and Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- Notify us promptly of any adverse reactions or concerns relating to prescribed Medicine
Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current. Failure to do so may affect the quality or availability of Services and may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading conduct
- Provide false or deceptive information
- Use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward staff or partners
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
Authorised Representative
You may appoint an Authorised Representative to assist with your care where legally permitted. Additional documentation may be required to verify authority.
Payment of Fees
Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations are displayed on the Platform and must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Medication and Delivery Costs: Any costs associated with prescribed Medicine and delivery are separate from consultation fees and are payable directly to the dispensing pharmacy or relevant provider.
Refund Policy: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided. Refunds, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: You may cancel or reschedule appointments within the timeframe specified on the Platform. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of fees.
Late Arrivals for Telehealth Appointments: If you are late, the consultation may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, and fees may still apply.
Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable period
- You engage in unlawful or prohibited conduct
- Your use of the Services disrupts operations or affects other users
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination:

- You must stop accessing the Platform
- Any outstanding fees become immediately payable
