Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our Healthcare Practitioners. Each patient is assessed individually to determine whether treatment is appropriate. No Emergency Services

Medication and Delivery Costs: Any costs associated with prescribed Medicine and delivery are separate from consultation fees and are payable directly to the dispensing pharmacy or relevant provider.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: You may cancel or reschedule appointments within the timeframe specified on the Platform. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of fees.
